First, eat more calories than your body burns,take some smoothie, milkshake , make every bite count and most that I can recommend is to eat more often, without forgetting Junk food i.e Chips, Biscuits, Alcoholic drink such as Beer, Pizza and much more they play a big role when it comes to gaining weight .
At a point, you might find that you follow the tips above but you don't experience any changes within a span of a given days, most Nutritionists might have forgotten to tell you about the sleeping pattern and how it plays a role in interfering with your health status.
